All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and either cancel the item or suggest alternatives.

- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn footwear (all men’s and women’s footwear must be returned in unworn condition), personal accessories that have been used or removed from original packaging, or items from special orders or customized products.
