Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Worn footwear (all men’s and women’s footwear must be returned in unworn condition)
- Personal accessories that have been used or removed from original packaging
- Items from special orders or customized products
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
- We will email you a return authorization number and instructions
- Package the item securely with the return authorization number clearly visible on the outside

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive the returned product
- If the exchange item costs more, you will be charged the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we will refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchange shipments
